I tried making peanut curd, but I was not able to. How can I make perfect peanut curd?

Some points to set perfect peanut curd are:

• Soak peanuts for not less than 4 hours.

• Do not add chili tops when the peanut milk is still hot; it should be lukewarm.

• If possible, use a glass bowl or clay pot to set peanut curd.• Peanut milk should be stirred continuously while boiling.

• Peanuts should not be roasted, they should be raw.

• Temperature and season play an important role in fermentation.

• Sometimes in summers, peanut curd is over-fermented; you might think it is spoiled, but you should whisk and then check if it's spoiled or not. If it's spoiled, it will smell really bad and that would be unbearable.

• Sometimes in winters, it might take up to 24 hours to ferment.

• When your peanut curd is set, make sure to place it in the refrigerator.
