I've heard that the tomato seeds need to be removed before cutting. However, in the sessions, tomatoes are used directly without removing the seeds. What is the correct way of using tomatoes?

From the recipe point of view, both methods of using tomatoes, with or without removing the seeds, are correct and depend on personal preference and the specific requirements of the recipe.

- Removing Seeds: Some prefer to remove seeds to reduce moisture content and avoid a watery consistency in dishes. It can be useful in recipes where excess liquid might affect the overall texture. We will be removing the seeds of the tomatoes in Day 7 Lunch.

- Using Whole Tomato: Using the whole tomato, including seeds, is common in many recipes. It adds juiciness and contributes to the overall flavour, especially in dishes where the tomato's liquid content is desired.Choose the method based on the specific recipe and your preferences. Both ways are valid in different culinary contexts.

From a health perspective, if you experience any discomfort in eating tomatoes with seeds, you can choose to remove the seeds from the tomatoes. Prioritize your body's signals and make choices that align with your well-being.
