What all flours are recommended under wholesome foods?
Flours of all millets, grains, and pulses are considered wholesome as long as the bran / thin outer layer is still intact.
Examples of wholesome flours include:
1. Whole wheat flour (with the chokar, also known as bran)
2. Bajra flour (pearl millet flour)
