How to decide which cold pressed oil will be best with which recipe?
There is no strict rule to determine the best cold-pressed oil for each recipe. You can use any oil that you prefer, as long as it’s a cold-pressed one. However, based on our collective experiences, we can offer some suggestions-- For, roti or paratha, we personally find coconut oil to be most suitable.- Similarly, for salad dressings, olive oil or sesame oil tend to be excellent choices.- Moreover, you can drizzle any cold-pressed oil over your vegetables and soups, just be mindful not to heat the oil.- If you prefer a neutral-flavored cold-pressed oil, then peanut or sesame oil can be seamlessly integrated into various recipes.Feel free to experiment and use what resonates best with you. Collectively, we find coconut oil to be optimal in all recipes. You may start with that and gradually make adjustments according to your preferences.
